Pathway to Passion is designed to encourage Waterbury youth to explore pathways available to them post-secondary education, with the understanding that they really start the moment they decide to. The videos presented here will provide personal examples of individuals choosing a path, or paths, with different levels of success, and often different definitions of success.  Sometimes the road in front of them was the road taken.  Other times the road branched off.  Some took a U-turn to a new more fulfilling career, far from where their original map was taking them.  One goal of this page is to share the stories and other resources to give a sense of how varied a pathway to passion may be.  Each story is unique, and each has similarities.  We are all on our way to some place or another from time to time, and every story has the potential to teach us something more about others, which will teach us more about ourselves.
